The moment we become certain about a person is often the moment we stop seeing them.

The Work
Different ways to begin. One shared intention: deeper understanding, meaningful connection, and growth.

What We Believe
We believe therapy begins with curiosity, genuine presence, and a willingness to see ourselves—and each other—differently.
01
Therapy begins with curiosity
We don't assume we already know who you are or what you need. We stay curious about your experience, your relationships, your history, and the ways you've learned to move through the world.
02
You are more than your patterns
Your struggles may tell an important story, but they don't tell the whole story. We make room for complexity, identity, desire, strengths, and the possibility of change.
03
Change happens in relationship
Therapy isn't something that happens to you. It's something we explore together. Through a genuine therapeutic relationship, we can notice what has been difficult to see alone and begin to imagine something different.
