A Bit About Me
I am a Clinical Intern from The Chicago School under the supervision of Oz Ezkibel.
I approach therapy with curiosity, warmth, and care, with the intention of creating a space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported. I view therapy as a collaborative process, one where we slow down, get curious together, and make room for both challenge and growth. Our work is tailored to you, honoring your lived experiences, needs, and goals as we build tools for meaningful and lasting healing.
I am a hard-of-hearing, non-binary, second-generation person of color, and my own journey has deeply shaped how I understand identity, resilience, and connection. The communities I belong to—and the ways I continue to learn within them—inform my commitment to empowerment, exploration, and authenticity in the therapeutic relationship.
I believe healing doesn’t happen in isolation. Personal growth is influenced not only by our inner strengths, but also by the social, cultural, and environmental contexts we move through. In the space we create together, I prioritize genuineness, nonjudgment, and collaboration, so you don’t have to show up as anything other than yourself.
Therapy with me is a partnership, I use a person centered approach in tandem with a solution-focused approach. We’ll navigate what feels hard, make sense of patterns, celebrate progress, and build a toolkit that supports you both in and outside of session.
